Where is your store located and what are your store hours?

Our products are exclusively available online, allowing you to shop with us 24/7 from the comfort of your home. We respond to emails within 24 hours to assist you with any inquiries.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship exclusively within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, there are two steps involved:

Processing Time:
We verify your order, conduct a quality check, and package it. This process typically takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time:
We ship orders to all states within the U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 5-8 business days.

What happens if I order more than one item?
Some items may arrive together, while others could be shipped separately depending on availability and packaging requirements.

Can I return my items?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
